KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 6 (Bernama) — A retrenchment fund for workers
will be set up after the Employment Act 1955 is amended in the middle of this
year as a safety net for the workers, and to stimulate the economy and investment,
said Human Resource Minister Datuk Seri Dr Fong Chan Onn.
