KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 19 (Bernama) — The Malaysian Employers Federation (MEF) has in principle, agreed to the formation of a tripartite committee to discuss social security net for workers.

The special committee formed to study an aid scheme for workers retrenched due to company restructuring or mergers, has proposed that employers and workers pay monthly premiums to a fund for the purpose.
