KATHMANDU, July 11 – Malaysian police have detained 42 Nepali workers in the
southern part of the country, charging them of involvement in a scuffle with
local people, said Kuala Lumpur based Nepali envoy on Tuesday.
KATHMANDU, July 9 – At least 52 Nepali labourers have been languishing in the
Malaysian cells for the last three days following torture from their contractor.

KATHMANDU, July 6 – Nepal and Malaysia on Thursday finalized a draft of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to ensure the greater safety and welfare for Nepali laborers working in Malaysia.
