Malaysia is one of Asia's biggest employers of foreign labour. But recently, cases of deaths, abuse and forced labour have come to light. What is going on? Who is protecting these migrant workers?
According to the Vietnam news agency (VNA), Nguyen expressed pleasures at the development of the Vietnam-Malaysia relations, especially in economy, labour, science and technology, as well as education and training.

He praised Malaysia’s efforts to recruit more Vietnamese guest workers, hoping
that cooperation in human resources between the two countries would develop
further.

Meanwhile, Fong said over 100,000 Vietnamese labourers are currently working
in Malaysia.
