KOTA KINABALU – The Indonesian Consulate General here claimed that underpaid
Indonesian workers especially in the plantation sectors are absconding and ending
up as illegal immigrants without any valid papers to account for themselves.

completion of a free-trade deal due to have been agreed by mid-2006, saying
