of its workers going abroad to work, the Indian government plans to sign a memorandum
of understanding (MoU) with Malaysia that hires a large number of workers from

will be set up after the Employment Act 1955 is amended in the middle of this
year as a safety net for the workers, and to stimulate the economy and investment,
